Every time I visit the night market, I will be attracted by the fried chicken wings and fried chicken cutlets at the roadside stalls. Today I make a fried chicken cutlet at home, which is more hygienic and more reliable. The crispy and tender fried chicken cutlet is eaten every minute.

Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast and cut off the fascia.

2. Cut the chicken breast into two pieces from the middle without cutting it off.

3. Tap the chicken with the back of a knife to loosen it.
Put it in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper.

4. Coat both sides of the marinated chicken breast with dry starch.

5. Coat the egg liquid again.

6. Finally wrap it with breadcrumbs.

7. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 50% hot, add the chicken and fry on medium-low heat until golden on both sides, and the chicken is cooked through.

8. The fried chicken breast is cut into pieces and can be eaten with some tomato sauce for a better taste.
