Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

Prepare a piece of chicken breast and cut off the fascia.

Cut the chicken breast into two pieces from the middle without cutting it off.

Tap the chicken with the back of a knife to loosen it.
Put it in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper.

Coat both sides of the marinated chicken breast with dry starch.

Coat the egg liquid again.

Finally wrap it with breadcrumbs.
