Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

Prepare materials. Clean the chicken breasts and drain the water

Tips:
1. For deep-fried food, the oil temperature should not be too high, only 70% hot
2. Use a meat hammer to knock the chicken chops into thinner and larger, and the taste is not old. If there is no meat hammer, use the back of a knife to loosen the chicken.
3. Use chopsticks to pick up the batter and it can be easily dripped. The batter is too thick, which will affect the crispy taste.
