Crispy Fried Chicken Wings
1.
Wash and drain the chicken wings, prepare crispy fried powder. (Fragrant fried flour is sold in supermarkets, there are various flavors you can choose according to your needs)
2.
Make two cuts on both sides of the chicken wings for easy taste
3.
After all is processed, put it in a bowl, add salt and chicken powder, stir evenly, and marinate for more than 30 minutes
4.
Pour out the fried powder and put it in a bowl
5.
Add about 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of flour and mix well
6.
Soak the marinated middle wing in the deep-fried paste and stir evenly so that the chicken middle wing is covered with fried powder
7.
Heat the pan, pour some oil, and use a chopstick to test the temperature. Small bubbles appear around the chopsticks, indicating that the chicken wings can be laid.
8.
Add chicken wings, adjust to medium-low heat, and fry until browned on both sides
9.
Pick up and use special absorbent paper for the kitchen to absorb excess grease
10.
It's delicious with some sweet chili sauce
Tips:
The chicken wings must be marinated in advance to taste. After coating the fried powder, use chopsticks to pick up the chicken wings and put them in the oil pan. Sweet chili sauce is purely personal preference, you can ignore it if you don't like it.
