Crispy Lap Flavor Potato Chips

Wash potatoes and cut into slices about 4 mm, rinse off excess starch with water.

The bacon is cooked and sliced, and the green pepper and millet are sliced into small rounds. Slice ginger and garlic for later use

Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the potatoes until both sides are yellowed and remove when the edges are golden. Sprinkle some salt while frying.

Put the bacon in the pan, fry out the oil, push it to the side of the pan, add the ginger and garlic slices and saute, add the hot pepper and the millet to make it spicy

Put the fried potatoes in and stir fry together a few times, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Add some salt when frying potatoes, because the bacon itself is salty enough. If you add salt later, the bacon will be salty.
