Crispy Meat Pie

Use boiling water to mix the noodles into a smooth dough for half an hour.

Chop the pork belly (not minced into meat).
3.
Chop the shallots and place them on the meat.

Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and pepper oil.

Mix well with chopsticks. (No need to stir in the same direction)

Divide the noodles into three equal parts, press circles, and roll out thin slices with a rolling pin.

Pour the mixed diced meat.

Spread evenly with chopsticks.
9.
Roll up and cut open.

Grease the pan, add the pancakes, and fry them until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. You can't just use lean meat, the taste is good. Pork belly is the best.
2. It's better not to mince the pork, cut it into cubes yourself, don't chop it too much, it tastes better.
3: When adding seasonings and mixing well, mix them in irregular directions to avoid the meat from becoming pellets. You can add more light soy sauce so that the filling is moist enough.
4. It takes at least half an hour to make noodles. Knead twice more in the middle.
5. Roll the crust as thin as possible.
6. Use a thick-bottomed pan for low-fire pancakes. Putting more oil on the pancakes will make the pancakes more crispy. (Own fire can be mastered)
