Crispy Pickled Hot and Sour Radish

Wash the radish.

Cut thin slices.

Marinate with salt and sugar for about half an hour.
4.
Dry the water and set aside.
5.
Add sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, Thai pepper and mix well.
6.
Put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight.
Tips:
Do not cook for too long to avoid affecting the taste.
