Crispy Potatoes

Peel and wash potatoes for later use.

Cut into hob blocks.

Potatoes are cooked in a pot with salt.
4.
Remove the cooked potatoes from cold water and set aside.

Put the potatoes in a pot and heat oil.

Fried golden brown.

Add cumin, sesame seeds, chili powder and barbecue ingredients and stir fry evenly.
