Crispy Potatoes

Prepare a larger potato, peel and wash.

Bring the water in the steamer to a boil.

Cut the potatoes into slightly thicker slices and transfer them to the steamer. Steam for ten minutes. Don’t be too soft, just cut off.

When the potatoes are cold, cut them with a hob for later use, and cut them slightly larger.

The hot pan gets oily. Five heat, add the steamed potatoes.

Fry on one side, then turn the other side with chopsticks to medium heat and continue to fry

Fry the two noodles until the two sides are yellow, add the mustard and stir fry a few times.
8.
Put it in a large container and add all the spices. Stir evenly.
9.
Add some coriander to garnish. It's really delicious.
Tips:
If you like to eat chili noodles, put some chili noodles. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste.
