Crispy Potatoes

Mix the minced pepper, minced cumin, chili noodles, sesame seeds, and salt according to your own taste.

The chives, millet pepper and garlic are all cut and set aside.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.

Wash and soak in water for a while to remove starch.
