Crispy Roasted Tofu

Soak the tofu in clean water and drain the water

Cut the tofu into small triangles. After cutting the tofu with a cross knife, cut it diagonally twice to get these triangles.

Put the cut tofu into a basin and sprinkle with salt powder evenly

Sprinkle crispy fried powder evenly, try to make each piece of tofu stick with fried powder and salt powder

Arrange the tofu neatly on the baking tray

Use a brush to apply a layer of cooking oil on top of each piece of tofu

Put the baking tray on the bottom of the oven

Cover the oven door, turn on the electricity, adjust the upper and lower heating pipes to 200 degrees at the same time, bake for 25 minutes, until the surface of the tofu is browned

Dip preparation: peel off shallots, wash and chop them, put them in a bowl, pour soy sauce, add a little chili, and sesame oil and mix well. If you don’t like chili, you can add parsley or chopped green onion, garlic, etc.
Tips:
1. You can do this with both southern and northern tofu, and cut into any shape;
2. The tofu will make a squeaking sound during the baking process, and the surface will gradually turn into browned yellow, watching the appetite open, the taste is very refreshing and not greasy;
3. You can continue to cook other dishes while the food is baking, just adjust the time;
4. If the oven does not have a bottom layer setting, it will be placed directly on the middle layer for baking;
5. This dish is healthy and time-saving. It can be made for children and the elderly. If there is no crispy fried powder, starch can be used instead.
