This is the first time I tried to make this crispy bottom seafood pizza today. Although the presentation is not as exquisite as the outside, it is all carefully made by myself from kneading, fermentation, preparation of ingredients or final baking. The final taste is naturally quite delicious, but this President cheese is not very effective. It cannot melt completely after baking. It is better to use mozzarella cheese in the future.

Crispy Seafood Pizza

1. Put all the main ingredients for making noodles in a basin, knead it into dough, and leave it in a warm and moist place for fermentation

2. Prepare ingredients: green and red peppers, ham sausage, Arctic sweet shrimp

3. Shell the Arctic Sweet Shrimp and set aside, cut the green and red pepper into rings, and slice the ham

4. Re-knead the fermented dough smoothly and roll it into a round cake with a thin middle and a thick circumference

5. Slowly place it on the oiled pizza pan with your hands, and poke some small holes in the dough with a fork to prevent the bottom of the cake from bulging during baking. Leave 1 cm at the edge and don't poke holes

6. Spread ketchup on the dough. Leave 1 cm on the edge not to spread the sauce

7. First put a few slices of pizza cheese

8. Then put the ham and shrimp

9. Place the chili rings and ferment again until the bottom of the cake rises

10. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes

11. Take it out, put on a layer of pizza cheese, put it in the oven, and copy at 200 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes

12. Until the cheese melts and slightly burnt spots appear

Tips:

1. The amount of various ingredients can be determined according to your own preferences, but don't put too much, meat-based ingredients are best not to be stacked together to ensure that the ingredients can be completely cooked;
2. The amount of pizza cheese used is adjusted according to your taste and weight.
