Crispy Sesame Sauce Biscuits
1.
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Put the dry yeast in warm water and let it melt.
2.
Add salt, sugar, and melted yeast water to the flour and knead it into a dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes to make the dough smooth and elastic. Then cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it sit for 20 minutes at room temperature.
3.
Stir the pure sesame paste, sesame oil, salt, salt and pepper powder, and five-spice powder evenly. The sesame paste has a sense of flow, so it is appropriate not to be too dry.
4.
Sprinkle thin flour on the surface of the loosened dough, and then roll it into a thin dough sheet, making it thinner.
5.
Pour the mixed sesame sauce filling on the thin slices and smooth with a spatula.
6.
Roll the dough sheet from one end, and stretch the dough sheet as you roll it, making it as thin as possible, and roll it a few more times, so that there are more layers.
7.
After the roll is finished, squeeze tightly on both sides. Then divide the rolled dough into 6 portions.
8.
Knead the cut dough with your hands on both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
9.
Put the loose dough upright on the cutting board, squeeze it with your hands, and roll it out into a round cake.
10.
If you have honey at home, mix it with a little water, dip some in a brush, and brush it on the surface of the round cake. If not, add some white sugar with a little sesame paste, stir well with sesame oil, and brush on the surface to make it more fragrant.
11.
Then press the round cake upside down into the pile of sesame seeds, so that the surface of the round cake is covered with white sesame seeds.
12.
Use an electric baking pan for the prepared sesame seeds for 4-5 minutes. If you have an oven at home, just bake at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
13.
The prepared sesame seeds are the most crispy when they are hot, and the strong aroma of sesame seeds is released when the sesame seeds are bitten. They are quite delicious.
