Squid rings coated with flour
5.
Shake off the excess flour of the squid rings, put it in a frying pan preheated to about 180 degrees, and fry until golden
6.
After the squid rings are removed, use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil
Tips:
1. Squid rings will taste better if they are soaked in milk for a longer time, preferably for 4 hours or more;
2. Because the seafood will lose its juice when marinated for a long time, put salt and other seasonings in the flour and wrap it before frying;
3. Only a thin layer of flour is needed, otherwise it will taste of flour;
4. The oil temperature is controlled at about 180 degrees, so that it can be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
