Crucian Carp and White Fungus Tofu Soup

Prepare the required materials

Wash the fish to remove the black film from the belly of the fish, and stuff a small piece of green onion

Put the oil in the pan and fry the fish in a frying pan. Fry it until both sides are slightly yellow. Be sure to fry on a low fire. Frying on a high fire will easily affect the color of the soup.

Put the fried fish in a soup pot with appropriate amount of water, add tofu and white fungus and simmer together. After the water is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for more than 30 minutes. Add a little salt and sugar to taste before being out of the pan.
