Pour the steamed fish soy sauce into the bowl. I have tried other brands of steamed fish soy sauce before. To be honest, it tastes less delicious.

Stir it and pour it on top of the fish. The steamed fish soy sauce poured in does not go beyond the bottom of the plate. I changed the stainless steel plate so that the heat transfers quickly.

Steam in a hot pot on cold water for 18-20 minutes. The three fish I used will take longer. Turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes.
