Crucian Fish Meal Soup

Scrap the scales, remove the internal organs, wash and set aside the crucian carp.

Wash the shallots, cut into froth, and put ginger slices in a bowl, set aside.

Wash the powder skin and cut into sections for later use.

Lettuce, wash and set aside.
5.
Heat the pan to get oil.

Heat the oil and add ginger slices.

Saute the ginger slices and add the crucian carp.
8.
Fry the crucian carp until golden on both sides.

Add cooking wine.
10.
Put in boiling water and boil on high heat.

Cook until the soup is milky white, put in the powder skin, sprinkle with salt, and stir well.
12.
Bring the soup to the boil again and add the lettuce.
13.
Add the chopped green onion and mix well again.
14.
Stir evenly, then serve and serve.
