Crucian Fish Soup

Wash the small fish, and of course the big fish is the same.

Heat the oil in a pot, add a small piece of lard, and leave it on. Add ginger slices and sauté.

Add the fish and fry hard.
4.
Pour boiling water and bring the fire to a boil.
5.
Bring to a boil and turn to medium heat to simmer.
6.
Stew until the soup is thick and white.
7.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. Please add boiling water to the stewed fish soup.
2. Add salt afterwards, don't add it at the beginning.
3. Fry the fish until golden on both sides, and it doesn't matter if it is a little bit broken.
