Crucian Tofu Soup

Remove the scales and internal organs of the fish and wash them

Ginger peeled and sliced

Cut the tofu into small pieces

Heat the pan, add oil and ginger, sauté fragrant, and fry the fish on both sides

It's almost done, just add water, cover the pot, and simmer for five minutes on medium heat

Add the cut tofu and shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes
