Crucian Tofu Soup

Prepare a crucian carp and wash it.

Prepare a small amount of green onion and ginger. There can be no garlic!

Heat oil in a pot, add crucian carp, pork slices, green onions and ginger.

Fry the fish until slightly yellow and add water!

Cook for a while and add salt, 13 fragrant, chicken essence!

After the fire is boiled, add the lactone tofu.

Continue to simmer.

Until the soup is thick and white! When out of the pot, add a small amount of green onion to enhance the color.
Tips:
The fish must be fried, otherwise it will be difficult for the soup to turn white. You don’t need to add 13 spices and chicken essence, because the crucian carp is fresh enough! After adding tofu to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer. It can also be stewed continuously on high fire, and the duration of continuous high fire stewing can be appropriately shortened.
