Crucian Tofu Soup

Wash the fish, add fine salt to the fish body, and drain the water.

Cut tofu into pieces.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the fish.

After cooking the cooking wine, add cold water to cover the fish body, and add tofu cubes.

Add the lid to the pot, simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat
6.
After the soup turns white, add the scallions, add salt, a small amount of sugar to taste, and cook for another two minutes.
7.
From the pot, loosen the shallots and white pepper.
