Cucumber

Wash one cucumber and cut into thin slices with a chopstick on each side

Turn the bottom over and cut a 45℃ diagonal knife

Add a pinch of salt and marinate for five minutes, pour out the excess water from the marinade, and place on a plate

Pour a little base oil into the pot and sauté the peppercorns until fragrant. Remove and discard.

Add minced garlic and chili and stir fry until fragrant

Pour into a small bowl, add three teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon and a half of balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly

Pour the seasonings on the cucumber and marinate for ten minutes before serving
