Cucumber and Tremella

Food preparation: 300g cucumber (two roots); 10g dried white fungus; 3g salt; 10g vinegar; 3g sesame oil; 2g monosodium glutamate; 3g sugar; 10g light soy sauce;

Take the white fungus soaked in cold water into small pieces by hand, wash and set aside;

Pour the washed white fungus into a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 2~3 minutes;

Remove and drain the water for later use;
5.
Cut the cucumber into shreds and put it in a basin. Then, add the white fungus, salt, vinegar, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, sugar and light soy sauce;
6.
Stir evenly;
7.
Serve it;
