Cucumber Bean Curd

Wash the cucumber and cut into thin strips.

Cut the tofu skin into thin strips.
3.
Put the tofu skin in boiling water and blanch it for one minute.
4.
Rinse the blanched tofu skin with cold boiled water, drain the water, and put it in a basin.
5.
Put the sliced cucumber and green onions in the basin.
6.
Add a spoonful of salt.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and stir evenly.
Tips:
1. The bean curd will have less beany flavor when it is blanched in hot water.
2. If you don't like green onions, you can omit it~
