Only in my hometown can I eat this kind of chewy and delicious tofu skin, so I often buy it when I go home. It can be fried or cold. When I see there are still cucumbers at home, I will mix it together. They usually eat cold dishes. Mom and Dad love to eat cold dishes. They also add green onions, which tastes good and refreshing~"
