Cucumber Burnt Tofu

Peel the cucumber and shred it.

Chopped green onions.

Tofu slices.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.

Add tofu slices.

Stir-fry tofu until slightly yellow
7.
Add shredded cucumber. Season with salt and light soy sauce.
8.
Serve out the plate.
Tips:
Tofu is usually bought, steamed whole and preserved, and you can take it as you eat.
