Cucumber Dried Tofu Mixed with Bean Sprouts

Clean the cucumber and cut it into filaments. The dried tofu is also cut into fine filaments.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic and chopped green onions into chopped green onions, then blend the light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and appropriate amount of salt into the sauce, set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add bean sprouts and dried tofu together when the water is boiled, and blanch for 30 seconds before serving.
