Cucumber Salad

Wash the cucumber skin and use a planer to remove the skin (also avoid pesticide residues)

Finish peeling the whole cucumber

Continue to use a planer to shave off the cucumber flesh piece by piece

Roll up the planed piece and place it on the plate. According to the size of the plate, the number of rolls is almost the same.

Then mix the remaining cucumber slices with salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, minced garlic, chopped green onion, coriander, pepper oil (powder), and sesame oil.
