Cucumber Sashimi

Radish, cucumber, fish fillet.

Cut the bones of grass carp into slices. Rinse the blood with clean water, and slice the carrots. The cut fish fillets and radish slices add all the seasonings, mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.

While marinating the sashimi, cut the cucumber into sections, scoop out the cucumber core and sprinkle some fine salt to marinate it.

Place the marinated sashimi and carrot in the cucumber hole and serve. As shown in the figure.
