Cucumber with Onion

Clean the skin and cut the cucumber into small strips.

Wash the onion and cut into thin strips.
3.
Cut small red pepper into small sections, chop garlic into garlic paste, wash coriander and cut into sections.

Put the cooked peanuts in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into two or three pieces.

Put the cucumber, shredded onion, red pepper, garlic, and coriander in a large bowl of cold dressing.

Add appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, squeeze in a lemon juice, mix well, and marinate for a few minutes. Sprinkle with peanuts and mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Keep the onions in the refrigerator for one day, so that they won’t be hot when you take them out and cut them.
2. The peanuts should not be crushed too much. Small peanuts will be more fragrant.
3. Squeeze the onion and cucumber into the lemon juice, mix well and marinate for a few minutes, there will be no spicy taste.
