Cucumber with Pork Ears

1. Cut the pig's ears into thin slices and put in a large bowl of cold dressing for later use.

2. Peel and wash the cucumber, remove the cucumber heart and cut into strips. (You can’t ask for too much water in cucumbers)

3. Wash coriander and cut into sections, peel and chop garlic.

4. Put the cucumber strips, coriander segments, and minced garlic into a large bowl of cold dressing with pig ears.

5. Add light soy sauce, salt and mix well.
6.
6. Add spicy oil, MSG, and sesame oil, mix well and eat.
