Cumin Enoki Mushroom

Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and drain.

Skewer with bamboo skewers, brush with a layer of oil, and place on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle salt and cumin powder on both sides.
4.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
5.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
6.
Take it out and serve it on the plate.
