Cumin Mantou Ding

Dice the leftover buns.

Electric baking pan or non-stick pan, do not put the oil temporarily, pour the diced steamed buns into the pan and dry on a low fire.

Till the steamed bun diced skin is slightly yellow and crispy, serve it out and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pot, add the diced steamed buns, stir fry a few times, and add salt.

Add cumin powder and stir-fry evenly.

The leftover steamed buns are transformed into a ready-made bun, let’s eat!
Tips:
Fluffy steamed buns are easy to absorb oil, so fry them first, and the finished steamed buns will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and not greasy. You can also replace cumin powder with curry powder or salt and pepper according to personal preference.
