Cumin Potato Chips

1. Ingredients: potatoes, green peppers, onions, garlic, dried chilies

2. Slice potatoes, cut green peppers, cut dried peppers into small pieces, slice green onions and garlic

Tips:

1. Blanch potato chips until transparent.
2. Add less light soy sauce, which will destroy the color of the dishes.
3. Cumin powder tastes good in soup, cold dressing, and fried seafood.
4. Green peppers like to eat crispy, you can change it to the end.
