Cumin Spare Ribs

Chop ribs into sections

Hot oil pan
3.
.Pour the ribs in,
4.
Stir fry until slightly discolored
5.
Cover the pot and simmer for a while

Pour in the meat slices cut from the ribs and stir fry together

Stir fry until the meat changes color, add green pepper and salt
8.
Stir fry until the green peppers are soft
9.
Sprinkle in cumin powder to start the pot
Tips:
After the ribs are fried out of oil, cover the pot and simmer for a while, so that the fried ribs can be deboned.
Cumin powder is added last.
