Cumin Spare Ribs
1.
Prepare a few rows, wash and set aside
2.
Add appropriate amount of salt, a few drops of white wine, appropriate amount of light soy sauce to the ribs, and use for marinating preparation
3.
Add proper amount of oil to the pot, heat up for later use
4.
When the oil is 50% hot, add the steak and fry for 3 minutes (turn over during the period)
5.
Remove the waffle and drain the oil, continue to heat the oil to 80% hot, and then drain the waffle until golden brown and drain the oil for use.
6.
A small amount of salt, more cumin powder, pepper and fresh spicy powder, mix well, put in a microwave oven and heat on medium-high heat for 1 minute, then set aside
7.
Sprinkle the prepared cumin powder seasoning evenly on the steak.
Tips:
1. After washing the ribs, add salt and a few drops of white wine and pick them up to taste. I usually pick them in the morning and use them at night.
2. The steak should be fried at 50% hot oil temperature, and then placed in 80% hot oil temperature for another re-fry after being removed.
3. After the seasoning is mixed well, it can be heated in a microwave oven on medium-high heat to make the fragrance more prominent (I forgot to take the picture of the seasoning today)
4. Suggestion; because the ribs have been marinated with salt, the salt in the final seasoning can be added in an appropriate amount and less.
5. You can put lettuce leaves on the bottom first, which is both beautiful and practical (I forgot to buy it today)
