Cumin Spicy Wavy Fries

Wash potatoes and peel them.

Use a wave knife to cut the French fries into 0.5 cm thick strips.

Put the cut potato chips in clean water to rinse off the starch.

Add water to the pot.

Add the fries when the water is hot

When the water is boiling, remove the fries and put them in cold water.

When the fries are cool, pour them into the basket and drain the water.

Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot.

Add the French fries when the oil is 70% hot.
10.
Remove the French fries when they are golden brown.
11.
Sprinkle with cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder and salt while the fries are hot.
Tips:
Note: When cooking French fries, don’t take the potato for too long, otherwise it will break when frying, and there will be a lot of froth in the pan, which will make it easy to stick to the pan.
