Cumin Squid Strips

Wash the squid and cut into strips about 5cm long and 1cm wide. After blanching the water, remove it and dry the water for later use.

Prepare cumin ginger and small red pepper.

Shred the onion and green pepper.

Heat oil in a wok, add shredded ginger and chili and fry until fragrant, then add pepper to fry.

Add onions and green peppers and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Pour the squid sticks and stir fry over high heat. Sauté the water in the pot after adding salt.

When there is no moisture in the pot, fry out the oil, and add a spoonful of cumin.
