Curry Baked Prawns

Wash the shrimp, remove the whiskers, and cut off the small hands.

Cut the ginger and minced garlic.
3.
Heat butter in a pot, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add shrimp, stir fry and add water.
4.
Add curry paste, black peppercorns, Sichuan chili powder, salt, and chicken essence. Bake for 20 minutes.
5.
Remove the shrimp and collect the juice.
