Curry Beef Balls

Add the beef and pork to the egg, mix, and then add a small amount of green onion and ginger, mix well.

After the meat is whipped up, put it in a pot of warm water to form meatballs.

Cut the onion, red and green peppers into small pieces for later use.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, add the onion and fry it for a nice aroma.

Add green and red pepper and sauté slightly.

Add curry powder and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in the right amount of water, add a little broth, add the meatballs and cook.

After boiling, add salt to taste and get out of the pot.
Tips:
Add pork in the beef balls in an appropriate amount to make the meatballs out of the fire.
