Onions, potatoes and green and red peppers are also washed and cut into quick slices.

4.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, and stir-fry the ingredients for a while.
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and stir-fry.
6.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry.
7.
Then add an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water should not cover the potatoes), cover the pot and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are almost cooked.
8.
Open the lid, add beef and lightly spread.
9.
Finally, add the most critical curry paste to spread, cover tightly and boil over high heat until the beef is 8 mature and immediately turn off the heat. Don't cook for too long, otherwise the beef will be too old to affect the taste.
10.
Cooked finished product.
11.
Serve and serve.
Tips:
Soda is used to make the beef smooth and tender, and it is used to relieve the beef from getting cooked and getting old. The curry paste should not be less than 5 spoons. If it is not too salty, the more curry paste, the better.
