Curry chicken is one of the delicacies in Malaysia. Its flavour is so fragrant that one can't help but add a bowl of rice. I usually cook the curry by myself. It must be cooked slowly with chili and about ten spices for half an hour. Today I was lazy and bought the package. I usually cook a large pot and eat it for two days, and the rest of the curry sauce will be eaten with white bread. "

Ingredients

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, cut the soil into pieces, and chop the shallots for later use.

2. After heating the pan, add oil and heat, then saute the cinnamon, cloves, star anise and curry leaves until fragrant, then pour the shallots and fry for 5 minutes.

Tips:

I use freshly squeezed coconut milk, if you don’t have one, you can buy a box.
