Curry Chicken

Cut the chicken into pieces, cut the soil into pieces, and chop the shallots for later use.

After heating the pan, add oil and heat, then saute the cinnamon, cloves, star anise and curry leaves until fragrant, then pour the shallots and fry for 5 minutes.

Add curry ingredients and stir fry until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir fry

Add the potatoes and stir fry
6.
Add water to a boil, turn to medium heat, and cook for about 30 minutes.
7.
Finally add coconut milk and stir well and you're done
Tips:
I use freshly squeezed coconut milk, if you don’t have one, you can buy a box.
