Curry Crab

The crabs are cleaned with a brush.

To cut, remove the bottom lid, and remove the stomach.

Heat oil in the pan, put down the ginger slices, crabs, and stir-fry with cooking wine.
4.
When the crab turns color, add water starch.
5.
Add curry powder and stir well.
6.
Add sugar, freshly smoked, boil on high heat for 7 minutes.
7.
Add salt, chopped green onion, and stir well.
Tips:
Crabs are cold, so those with cold stomach will eat less.
