Curry Fried Rice
1.
Cut the beef into small cubes, marinate for 15 minutes with one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, 4 spoons of cornstarch, and two spoons of cooking oil. Corn, carrots and green peas can be used fresh or frozen, which is simple and convenient.
2.
After heating the pan, add oil to the beef, stir fry for 60-90 seconds, about 7 to mature, set aside. Use another bowl to fill 3 tablespoons of water, add a teaspoon of salt in the water, soak well and set aside.
3.
Add a little more oil, add the rice, jade, hu, green grains, and curry powder and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. During this process, add the previously soaked salt water in batches. You can also add a little light soy sauce.
4.
Finally, put in the beef cubes that have been fried before, stir-fry evenly, and it will be ok in about 30 seconds?
Tips:
1. Don't overcook beef. 2. For curry powder, I use Thai WAUGH'S curry powder. I think in curry powder, the fragrance and color of this brand are outstanding.
