Curry Fried Wings

Wash the chicken wings and cut them diagonally for 2 knives on each side for easy taste.

Bring the water to a boil, put down the chicken wings and boil to remove the blood.

Pour out the hot water and put the chicken wings in the ice water to super cool water.

Control dry water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.

First apply a layer of curry powder evenly on each chicken wing.

Put down the other seasonings and grab a few more with your hands to make it easy to taste. (The time is arbitrary, I marinate overnight)

Cut the onion into circles.
