Curry Pork Floss

Cut large pieces of lean pig meat into a pot and blanch it in cold water to remove blood foam.

Prepare boiled meat ingredients: star anise, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, clove, cumin, chili, ginger, and fragrant sand.

Put the blanched meat into the boiling water and add the boiled meat ingredients

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes, remove and let cool.

Tear the cooked meat into filaments by hand. This is a small job. Less than 2 catties of meat, tore by hands for nearly 2 hours!

Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it repeatedly with a rolling pin, and then tear it apart. This way the shredded pork will be looser.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, pour shredded pork and stir fry

Add a small amount of light soy sauce, add sugar and salt, and continue to stir fry

Let the shredded pork slowly dry, and finally add the curry powder and continue to stir fry
10.
The shredded pork is basically dry.
