I have cooked chicken curry rice for my family these days. I used a slightly spicy curry which is super delicious. I haven’t eaten enough for 2 days. My family loves it very much. They say it’s better than Kung Pao chicken, curry. Chicken rice is super simple to make.

Curry Potato Chicken Nuggets

1. Peel and dice potatoes, and cut into small cubes about 1.5 cm.

2. Peel and dice the onion, and cut into small cubes of about 1.5 cm.

3. Rinse the chicken breasts and dice, clean the knife after cutting the meat and put it in the knife sterilizer to kill the bacteria, which can kill 99.99% of the bacteria.

4. Pour oil in the wok and stir-fry the potatoes for 1-2 minutes.

5. Fry the onion with oil in the pan to get a fragrance, and then pull the onion to the side.

6. Continue to pour the remaining oil into the diced chicken, stir fry to whiten, add cooking wine, pepper, and sugar.

7. Put the diced potatoes into the pot, add the light soy sauce, and stir fry, and add the water that has not covered the potatoes in the pot.

8. Add curry and cook until the water thickens in the pot. The serving plate is so delicious with rice.
