Curry Potatoes

Choose pork belly

Remember to use the tip of a knife to break the washed potatoes into pieces. This is when I saw my mother break the pieces of potatoes like this when I was young. I think it is really easy to taste and delicious. The key is to pass on the mother’s tips.

Because I want to put curry at the end, I try to put as little seasoning as possible to avoid losing the curry flavor. Cut the garlic slices and set aside.

Heat oil in a measuring pot, add meat pieces separately, add a little sugar and stir fry. Add a little soy sauce and continue to stir fry.

Stir-fry the meat evenly, add garlic slices and potatoes and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry evenly, add water, cover and simmer. Put a little chicken essence and salt in a boiling pot and continue to simmer. After all the meat and vegetables are cooked and rotten, add the curry cubes and reduce the heat to save the soup.
