Curry Potatoes
1.
Main and auxiliary ingredients: potatoes, 1 tablespoon (about 10g) of curry powder, green onions.
2.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions. Add curry powder. Saute the curry powder over low heat until fragrant.
4.
Add the potato pieces and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, simmer for about 10 minutes.
5.
When the stew is about 8 minutes cooked, add salt to taste. Stew until the potatoes are well cooked, add MSG for freshness, and then turn off the heat.
6.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
When frying curry powder, you must use a low fire to prevent it from being burnt and fry it out of flavor.
