Curry Rice Pastry Box

Put all the pastry ingredients in the bread machine and mix into a dough (130g low flour, 90g high flour, 30g butter, 5g salt)

After mixing into the dough, cut the cross-holes and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Wrap the butter used for wrapping in plastic wrap, press it into thin squares, and put it in the refrigerator for later use

Take out the dough and roll it into cubes, put frozen butter in the middle of the dough

Wrap the dough with butter

Roll the dough into cubes

Stack into three layers, then put in the refrigerator to freeze for 20 minutes, repeat steps 7-8 many times (the more the number, the more crispy it is)

Roll out the dough into 0.5cm thick noodles

Cut out a small square and put an appropriate amount of curry wet fried rice

Diagonally folded into a triangle
