Curry Yuba Cabbage Core

Ingredients: vegetable core (washed), yuba (soaked and cleaned and cut into sections), curry cubes

Put the washed vegetable core on the cutting board and cut it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the chopped vegetable cores and stir fry.

Then, add the cut yuba and stir fry.

Then, put the curry cubes in, add appropriate amount of water and boil until the curry cubes melt.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
