Dandelion Egg Pancake

Wash the dandelion.

Chop the dandelion and mix it with eggs, flour, water, and salt.
3.
Sprinkle a little oil in the pan on low heat, pour in a little mixed batter, fry golden brown on one side and fry on the other side until golden.
4.
Fry both sides, remove and cut into pieces, ready to enjoy.
